-PRELIMINARIES

1. Submission to HDB for Hacking, Replacement of windows, ETC. (Exclude Professional Engineer (PE) if require by HDB)
2. To provide labour / material for General Cleaning to 2 Bathrooms
3. Clearing of Debris, Supply of Sand, Upload of materials
4. Floor protection by corrugated fibreboard
5. Not include 3D drawings on carpentry
6. Submission Licence Plumber (LP) Endorsement to PUB

-HACKING & DEMOLITION WORKS

1. Hack off existing floor and wall tiles at Kitchen and 2 Toilets
2. Dismantle 2nos. of existing 2 Toilets Doors
3. Hack off existing toilet Water Closet (WC), Wash Basin (WB), Water heater and Accessories at 2 Toilets

-MASONRY WORKS

1. To supply labour & material to lay 2-Step K-11/104 water proofing at Master Bathroom Floor
2. To supply labour to do cement screeding for Master Bathroom Floor
3. To supply labour and materials to lay floor tiles using (300mm x 300mm) heavy duty homogeneous tiles at Master Bathroom.
4. Supply Labour to do cement screeding for Master Bathroom Wall
5. To supply labour and materials to lay wall tiles using (300mm x 600mm) Polished Design Ceramic tiles at Master Bathroom.
6. Construct Entrance kerb/Step Down/Ramp at Master Bathroom Entrance
7. To supply labour & material to lay 2-Step K-11/104 water proofing at Common Bathroom Floor
8. To supply labour to do cement screeding for Common Bathroom Floor

1. MOR Professional Consultant Fee (Design Consultation + Project Documentations + All Warranties Support)

Terms and Conditions:

1. This package is strictly Not allow to combine with other promotion.
2. In the event of additional items during the renovation, “Service Fee” is chargeable for the renovation.
3. Consultant Fee and Service Fee will base on MOR Plan template.
4. Package does not include:
   • items not state in the Package
   • Public Liability Insurance
5. If Owner is staying in and require pro-rate renovation, the cost will be increase by:
   • $1,200 for 2 Pro-rate
   • $1,800 for 3 Pro-rate
6. Ministry of Renovation reserves the rights to change or amend the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
